How do I obtain the Bell Tower?

The Bell Tower can be obtained by collecting all the required items as shown in the image below.

Once you've got all the required items, please tap the redeem button.

Please ensure that before redeeming the prize, that you have a large enough space in your town to place the item. Once you attempt to redeem and place the item, you will not be able to redeem the item again. This includes if you press the cancel button during placement.
