During the Halloween event, Halloween Currency can be spent to purchase special items.

-To do this, firstly click on Snoopy in the bottom of your Screen:

-You will then be shown the main event page; Please pick the third option down.

In the resulting window, you will find a wide variety of items to spend your Halloween Currency on: 

The items themselves, can be purchased in your Market.
