Where to find Cupid's Lab and Love test machine?

First you need to tap on the special Valentine event icon at the bottom right of your game screen.

Then you can find the Cupid's Lab and the Love test machine on the second tab

If the buildings haven't been added to your town yet; you can use the 'Place' button, to decide where they go.

Please remember that the buildings cannot be moved while the event is ongoing.
